Znow o ksiazce bedzie, ale mi sie nazbieralo.
Przeczytalam Constant Gardener (Wierny Ogrodnik). I bardzo nabralam ochoty aby obejrzec film!
Ksiazke dostalam na gwiazdke, i nawet pojecia nie mialam, ze taki cos takiego istnieje (a podobno slawne bylo!)
Zaczelam czytac, i bardzo mnie ksiazka wciagnela. Lubie ksiazki z atmosfera, lubie autorow, ktorzy potrafia za pomoca slowa wciagnac mnie w atmosfere miejsca, akcji, ktore opisuja.
John Le Carré to swietnie potrafi.
Fabuly opisywala nie bede, napisze tylko, ze – moim zdaniem – ksiazka przypadnie do gustu zarowno paniom, jak i panom.
A teraz musze tylko film obejrzec, aby miec porownanie.
Ktos widzial? Poleca? Dostal chyba dwa Oskary, o ile sie nie myle…
I read Constant Gardener. And now I really want to watch the movie!
I got the book as a Chrismtas present, and then I didn’t even know about Constant Gardener (and it was supposingly famous!).
I started reading, and I got hooked on the book. I like books with atmosphere, I like authors who can paint the atmosphere of the place, of action, just with their words.
John Le Carré can do it brilliantly.
I won’t describe the book, I’ll just write that in my opinion both sexes – males and females will enjoy the book.
And now I just have to watch the movie, to have comparison.
Anybody seen it? Reccomend it? I think the movie got two Oscars, if I’m not wrong…
