Uleglismy modzie arabskiej, i kupujemy sobie cos, co ja nazywam dzipem, a naukowo to sie nazywa 4WD, czyli auto z napedem na cztery kola, takie terenowe. To bedzie Toyota Prado, nie wiem, czy w Polsce znane, ale tutaj bardzo popularne, nieco mniejsze od Toyoty Land Cruiser. Sa one o wiele tansze tutaj niz w Europie, wiec…. (mozemy sprzedac w Europie, i nawet jesli nie zarobimy ani grosza, to chociaz nie powinnismy stracic, a bedziemy mogli sie wybrac na pustynie. Nikt mi tutaj nie wierzy, ze jestem przez 4 miesiace w Katarze a jeszcze na pustyni nie bylam!! Poza tym dopoki tutaj jestesmy firma Matta bedzie placila co miesiac mala kwote na ten samochod – M. ma samochod w kontrakcie)

We decided to buy a 4WD. It will be Toyota Prado, not sure if known in Poland (or Europe), but here it is very popular, it’s a bit smaller than Toyota Land Cruiser. In Europe they are much more expensive than here, so… (we can sell it in Europe, and even if we don’t make any money on it we shouldn’t lose either. And we’ll be able to go to the desert at least. Nobody here believes me that being in Qatar for 4 months I haven’t seen the desert yet!! Besides Matt’s company is going to pay some money for this car every month for as long as we’re here – Matt’s contract provides for a car for him).
We were going to the showroom day before yesterday, but I was tired….
We were going to the showroom yesterday, but we got there at 19:40, and they close at 19:30.
We were going to the showroom today, but it was 12:25, and they are closing (for a midday break) at 12:30.
We are going to the showroom this afternoon.
